In 2010 Geoff Beggs, Sean Blanchfield and Brian McDonnell founded Front Square Solutions to help businesses become more competitive.

This vision was born when Geoff returned to Ireland as a black belt consultant in Lean Six Sigma business process improvement. Having trained hundreds of employees in a variety of bluechip companies, he believed there was a opportunity to bring the compelling aspects of the classroom experience online, eliminating the logistical nightmares of company-wide training and reaching more people than ever.

Sean was an entrepreneur and online gaming expert, having previously co-founded the leading technology firm DemonWare, steering it to success with the biggest games in the world. Following DemonWare's acquisition by Activision, Sean and Brian undertook a series of projects in the social media space, including a highly successful venture in support of a sales optimization initiative in a large international corporation.

As a team the three founders immediately saw the strong synergies between their corporate social media experience and the world of Lean Six Sigma, and identified a highly commercial opportunity to revolutionize the way that companies undertake Lean transformations.

Lean transformations can halve costs and double productivity.
